Hardware
Zippers, clasps, buckles, and metal finishes examined for correct weight, engraving, and plating.
Stitching
Thread colour, stitch count, and pattern regularity compared to authentic reference pieces.
Serial Numbers
Serial and model numbers verified against brand registries and known formatting conventions.
Date Codes
Date codes and production stamps validated to confirm manufacturing period and factory origin.
Documentation
Receipts, dust bags, boxes, and care cards cross-referenced for consistency and authenticity.
Our Review Team
Luxee's review team checks orders after purchase for clarity, accuracy, and policy compliance. We do not operate a separate authentication centre.
Buyers then rely on escrow, delivery confirmation, and the dispute window for protection after the seller ships.
What If an Item Is Not As Described?
If our review raises a concern before shipment, we can pause the order and follow up. If an item arrives with a material issue, you can open a dispute after delivery and our team will review it.
