Packaging Guidelines for Sellers

Proper packaging is essential for luxury items. Follow these guidelines to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

Use Appropriate Packaging

Wrap items in acid-free tissue paper and place in a sturdy box. Avoid plastic bags which can trap moisture.

Include Original Packaging

If you have the original dust bag, box or garment bag, include them. They add value and protect the item.

Protect Delicate Items

Use bubble wrap for structured bags, shoe trees for footwear, and padding for jewellery and accessories.

Secure the Package

Seal the box properly with packing tape. Ensure the item cannot move around inside the package.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print and attach the Luxee shipping label clearly on the outside of the package. Do not cover any barcodes.

Tracking Your Order

Every Luxee shipment comes with a unique tracking number.

Receive push notifications at every delivery milestone.
