Photography Tips
- 1Use natural lighting and a clean, neutral background
- 2Include front, back, inside, and detail shots (minimum 4 photos)
- 3Photograph all labels, tags, serial numbers and authenticity cards
- 4Show any imperfections or signs of wear clearly
- 5Include original packaging, dust bags, and accessories if available
- 6Avoid filters or heavy editing that misrepresents the item
Writing Descriptions
- Include the brand, model name, size, colour and material
- State the condition accurately and honestly
- Mention the original retail price for context
- Disclose any flaws, repairs or alterations
- Note included accessories (box, dust bag, receipt)
Pricing Strategy
- Research similar listings on Luxee for competitive pricing
- Factor in condition, rarity and demand
- Consider enabling the offer feature for faster sales
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted on Luxee. Listings that violate these rules will be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension.
- Counterfeit or replica items of any kind
- Items with removed or altered brand labels
- Heavily damaged items beyond reasonable repair
- Underwear, swimwear and intimate apparel (unless new with tags)
- Items that have been recalled or banned
- Stolen property
- Items containing hazardous materials
- Non-luxury or fast-fashion brands

Manual Listing Review
We review the listing details before it goes live. If something needs updating, we send it back to you for edits.
Seller Verification
We verify seller history and reputation to maintain marketplace integrity.
Quality Assurance
Listings should include clear photos, accurate condition notes, and complete item details.
Buyer Protection
If an item arrives with a material issue or does not match the listing, the buyer can open a dispute for review.
